Xtreme Black Spot Remover is a fast acting, high performance patio cleaning product, with four powerful active ingredients. Xtreme Black Spot Remover offers the simple way to keep any patio clean often avoiding the need for pressure washing.
- For best results do not dilute; apply in temperatures between 5° - 20° C
- It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour.
- Then wash away with water from hose or pressure washer. For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into surface or re-apply.

5 litres of product will clean and treat approximately 20 mē of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios. Wear appropriate safety wear at all times. see technical page for more information.
Once opened use within 3 months.
Application:
- Brush off any dirt or loose debris from the surface
- Lightly dampen area with water
- Apply NEAT using a watering can or sprayer (do NOT dilute)
- Work in by brush or stiff broom
- Make sure that surface area doesn't dry out
- Leave on surface for 1-2 hours before rinsing off
- Rinse area with water or use pressure washer if available
It is important the surface remains damp during application, as the product becomes inactive once dry. Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be required to remove all black and white spot algae. If a second application is required, leave to dwell on the surface for a longer period (2-3 hours) before rinsing or pressure washing off.
Health & Safety
Xtreme Black Spot Remover contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application. Toxic to aquatic life, wear protective gloves and goggles at all times. Xtreme Black Spot Remover can cause skin burns. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children
Q: Will this harm wildlife, birds? There is no life in my new pond but the birds drink from it.
A: Like many domestic cleaners, this product contains some powerful ingredients, hence the name Xtreme Cleaner. If washed away properly after use, it would not cause any harm. But it would not be recommended for cleaning a pond. If it is Green & Black Algae you are looking to remove, our 'green clear' product is made up of far 'gentler' ingredients, it can be applied to the surface and just left to work, without risk of harming wildlife. Q: Can this be used on Indian sandstone?
A: Yes, our Xtreme range has been formulated to be used on natural stone, so the Xtreme Block Spot Remover will do a great job on your sandstone.
Q: My patio is surrounded by grass. Will washing it off kill/damage grass and plants?
A: As per the application video, if you wet the susceptible areas with water before and after use, the Patio Xtreme will cause no harm to grass or plants.
