Smartseal Brick Sealer is a high quality, clear, solvent free, breathable, impregnating coating system. Application of the brick sealer will alter the chemical structure of any brick or masonry surface providing a excellent water repellent and stain resistant surface.

Suitable for bricks, masonry and facades and protects against water ingress into brickwork and soiling. Surfaces treated with Smartseal impregnating brick sealer will remain cleaner and drier, reducing deterioration and cleaning costs.

COVERAGE:
For best results, apply generously allowing complete saturation. On most types of brickwork, coverage of around 5m² per litre is to be expected. On stone walls and specialist bricks, coverage up to 10m² per litre can be expected.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Store sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use entire contents as soon as possible.
Do not apply at temperatures below 8°C.
APPLICATION:
Apply by sprayer, roller or paint brush. Once fully cured, the wall, brick, stone or masonry will have a clear dry/invisible finish.

Q: How do you clean brushes or sprayer out after applying.
A: Warm or cold sopay water will be sufficient to clean the brushes after using the brick sealer.
Q: Applying this brick sealer does it stain footpath which is imprinted concrete,sealed with your sealer.
A: The brick sealer is unlikely to stain the surface. However, to make sure it is best to carry out a test patch with a sample to ensure the product, post application meeets your expectations.
Q: Will the brick sealer stop efflorescence
A: Thanks for the question. Yes, the brick sealer can help keep this in the surface - however this product is breathable so it may not be the full solution. Best would be to use our efflorescence remover if you see any present once you have sealed the surface.
Brick sealer After a very long dry summer I thought it would be a good time to seal the brick and mortar on my house. Sprayed it on within a 4 foot area then worked it in with a stiff brush. Covered really well and soaked in nicely. 25 litres did me one coat on a medium size detached bungalow, 2 days later it hammered down with rain for hours. The water beaded off the walls as I would have hoped, so seems a good product
