Remove black spot from block paving, concrete or natural stone on patios. *Not recommended for use on Tarmac*
PatioClean Xtreme is a fast acting, high performance patio cleaning product, with four powerful active ingredients. PatioClean Xtreme offers the simple way to keep any patio clean often avoiding the need for pressure washing.
- Simply dilute 1:1 and apply to a wet surface by watering can or sprayer.
- It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour.
- Then wash away with water from hose or pressure washer. For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into surface or re-apply.

For Removal of

5 litres of product will clean and treat approximately 40 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios. Wear appropriate safety wear at all times. see technical page for more information.
Application:
- Sweep away loose debris & areas with a heavy build-up of dirt & grime.
- Wet surface area with water.
- Dilute Patio Clean Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1. If removing black spot, don't dilute (use neat).
- Apply product to surface using a watering can or sprayer.
- Make sure that surface area doesn't dry out before rinsing off.
- Leave on surface area for upto 60 minutes.
- Rinse area with water.
It is important the patio remains wet throughout during 60 minute period, as the product becomes inactive once dry. Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be required to remove all black and white spot algae.
Health & Safety
PatioClean Xtreme contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application. Toxic to aquatic life, wear protective gloves and goggles at all times. Patio Xtreme can cause skin burns, avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children
Q: Do I need to re-seal after applying this cleaner to sandstone?
A: You do not have to reseal the sandstone after appplying the patio cleaner xtreme. The cleaner will clean off any surface dirt and grime without having any detrimental effect on the sandstone sealer.
Q: Hi I am about to clean a natural stone wall which is 100m in length. It is an old wall which has a lot of character so I don't want to damage the wall. Is it safe to use Patio Cleaner Xtreme to clean the wall and then the masonry cream to seal it. Someone has asked me if the products contain acid? Does it contain acid? Is it advisable to use the masonry cream as someone said never seal a natural stone wall as it must be able to breath? Will the masonry cream prevent it from being able to breath as much and potentially cause issues later down the line? Thanks Chris
A: The patio cleaner xtreme is an alkaline based cleaner and absolutely fine to use on any natural stone substrate. Once dry the wall can also be sealed with the masonry cream which will still allow the substrate to 'breathe' and release excess moisture.
Q: When washing the product off, would the run-off be harmful to a lawn?
A: yes if left undiluted on grass it will turn it brown after a few day. Just rinse any grass overspill heavily with water and this should prevent damage to the grass.
I actually didn't expect this patio cleaner to work quite as well as it did. We inherited the patio with the house and it clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, it was so black we didn't even know what colour the slabs w ere supposed to be. I used the extreme clean first, which made a massive difference, then the black spot remover. Turns out the slabs are a buff colour, and they look brand new. A lot cheaper than installing a new patio, great products well worth a try.
Have to agree with the other reviews noted. I have used this patio cleaner for the first time and was amazed at how quickly it reacted. I am in the process of re ordering to enable me to complete the rest of the paths and patio area.
I have to say guys what a great patio cleaner this is, I got to work on this project Saturday morning early and followed the instructions from a YouTube link And the results were great so thanks for all your help.
