Sealer Repair Fluid (for acrylic, solvent based sealer)
Removes Surface Whiteness by Treating Trapped Moisture . Also good for Peeling and Flaking sealer

Sealer Repair Fluid for removing whiteness on Imprinted Concrete and Block Paved Surfaces
If the solvent based imprinted concrete or block paving sealers have been applied in conditions when the surface is damp this can lead to problems. Surface whiteness is the most common issue and appears over time if the sealer has been applied when the surface is damp.
Smartseal sealer repair fluid should be used when problems like patchy whiteness have appeared on the surface of existing imprinted concrete or block paved driveways and patios. Surface whiteness, peeling or flaking sealer are common issues that are easily corrected using sealer repair fluid.
Smartseal Sealer Repair Fluid will restore existing imprinted concrete sealer or block paving sealer and clear surface whiteness from imprinted concrete and block paved surfaces.
- Coverage ratio: 3 - 4 m² per litre
Sealer repair fluid is a product designed to repair incorrectly applied sealer which is lifting or sealer which has reacted with moisture during the drying process. For imprinted concrete it should be liberally applied to the affected area, left for a couple of minutes and then worked into the surface vigorously with a soft broom until the sealer goes "tacky" under your broom. This will show you have 'softened' the sealer and you then allow it to re-bond to the concrete by leaving it.
For removal of surface whiteness on block paving repeat as instructions above, but with block paving be careful not to disturb the jointing sand when working the sealer repair fluid into the surface of the blocks.

Q: I sealed my driveway last year, after drying there were many areas that had bubbles and whitening. Would the repair fluid be suitable
A: The Sealer Repair Fluid is the best product to remove surface whiteness on imprinted concrete drives and patios. It can also be used to soften existing sealer and get rid of small bubbles that have become stuck in the sealer when it dried.
Q: Hi I have two questions first I used the repair fluid on my patio can I use the same sweeping brush in the silk sealer or do I use a fresh one and second I was going to leave it two weeks before sealer is it recommended to lightly power wash before sealing or would a good sweep be sufficient Thanks
A: You can use the same sweeping brush to apply the silk imprinted concrete sealer after you have used the repair fluid. You can power wash if it's very dirty or sweep the surface if its just surface dust and light dirt.
Q: Do you need to rinse the affected area following application of fluid repair? Is another application of sealer required following treatment with fluid repair ? If yes. What is the time interval?
A: You definitely should not rinse down after using the Sealer Repair Fluid as it will only make the issue worse. Just apply, and after a few minutes, work in with a paint brush or stiff broom to the area affected. Once you have done this just leave to dry off. A second application may be required an hour or so later if the issue has not completely gone away.
Absolutely fantastic product! Had issues with sealer peeling and delamination and this product has corrected the issue..highly recommend! Driveway looks new again. easy to use and instruction video was really helpful..Thankyou smartseal!
Used the sample of sealer repair fluid once, has improved the look of the concrete, not perfect will try another coat when the weather improves. Ricky from Smartseal could not have been more helpful!! Great customer service.
Used this repairer to remove white marks that appeared after last sealer was applied. Followed that up with 2 coats of sealer and looks good to me. (Hopefully no more white marks will appear in the future)
