A ready to apply concrete floor sealer, garage floor sealer and concrete dust proofer that is specially formulated to penetrate and stabilise dusty concrete floors and screeds. The floor sealer for concrete leaves a very subtle sheen finish once dry. Our concrete floor sealer is ideal for sealing dusty concrete floors in many internal situations such as kitchens, factories, warehouses, sheds, garages, workshops.

A low viscosity concrete floor sealer for garage floors that can be applied by roller, sprayer or brush and will quickly penetrate and seal most types of concrete flooring. It will bind any loose concrete dust and help to prolong the lifespan of the concrete it has been applied to.
Always apply to a test area first to determine suitability. DO NOT PROCEED if the product is not suitable after testing. For best results apply two coats.
Average coverage of 4-6sq m per litre dependent on surface porosity of the concrete floor it is being applied to. Coverage may increase to 8-15 sq m per litre on concrete that is smooth, polished or has floated/screeded finish.
Store in a cool dry place.
Use within 6 months of opening.
Q: Can this be used as a final seal over 3:1 mix 50mm screed floor? The screed was SBR and cement slurry bonded to the existing solid concrete floor. I believe the screed mix also had a small amount of SBR added.
A: The product has not been tested to apply to a screed with an SBR mix like you have described, so it is hard to say if it will work effectively. It would be best to carry out a small test patch with a sample first to see if it adhers and works OK before proceeding.

Q: Hi, I currently use your smart seal premium concrete sealer for candle vessels I have made from concrete and stonecast. I am looking for a more satin finish would this sealer be suitable for candle vessels and give a more satin finish? Thank you Louise
A: The Concrete Floor Sealer does not generally leave a satin finish once it has dried. You could try the wet look natural stone sealer to see if the finish meets your expectations.
