Sealing a resin-bound or bonded surface is recommended to add life-span to the surface by a number of years. Sealing the surface not only enhances the appearance, restoring the "wet look" but it will most importantly add a protective barrier against a number of elements that can reduce the overall condition.

For cleaning and maintenance to the Resin sealer, the Smartseal Premium Resin Bound Cleaner is recommended in addition to ensure max product benefits are obtained from the sealer.
Application:
Ensure surface is clean and dry, always test first to determine suitability. In temperatures above 12°C, with no rain forecast for minimum 4hrs apply sparingly by sprayer or roller.
Average coverage 4-5m² per litre dependent on age, condition and porosity. If required once touch dry, apply a second lighter coat. Avoid direct sunlight and temps above 23°C.
