Our kits include everything you need for complete restoration of your pattern imprinted concrete. Just take some approx measurements and click on the relevant size of your driveway or patio in the drop down menu on the right hand side of this page.
We only recommend sealing your paving if it is clean from moss, weeds, dirt, stains and algae. If your surface is not in this condition and you are unable to clean it, just get in touch, we will then put one of our approved professional cleaning contractors in touch with you.

Application Guidelines:
- Make sure that surface area is completely clean.
- Make sure that the surface area is bone dry (allow 2 dry days after cleaning)
- The Imprinted Concrete Sealer is commonly a 2 coat application, however due to age and condition of the surface, this may vary to get a 'uniform' finish. Please contact us providing pictures if unsure. Furthermore, samples are available to try on a test area.
- Apply sealer to the surface using a broom. (allow 1-2 hours minimum between coats).
- Allow 4 hours before walking and 24 hours before any vehicle traffic on the surface (for the sealer to cure and bond to the concrete).

After correctly applying the sealer, expect to have between 3-5 years protection. Sealer protection will vary dependent on a number of factors such as: traffic (foot/vehicle), weather and general maintenance.

Q: Can you tell me the shelf life of the silk sealer, for any unused product left over?
A: Stored correctly, the imprinted concrete sealer can be used at least 3 years after opening. Hope that helps.
Q: Can I use the tint with silk seal on tiny spots of small chip marks on drive,and then cover again with full coat of silk on full drive.
A: If it is small chip marks. Yes. Due to its extra viscosity the 'silk' imprinted concrete sealer should not be used with colour. Hope that helps.
Q: Can this be used on monoblock?
A: It would be best to get in touch with our technical team online or over the phone, who will best be able to advise you.
Arrived quickly and the sealer has transformed the drive back to its almost as new condition after being left a bit too long with no maintenance. Used the silk sealer DIY kit and got two coats on the 60 square metre drive as well as the additional path ways out of one 25L bucket. Would use again next time. :)
easy to use & with superb results
Excellent product, easy to follow video guides and questions answered promptly by the supplier. When a neighbours drive was being coated by a contractor, I asked for a quote - 2.3K!!! That was all the persuasion I needed to go to Smart Seal and do it myself - easy to apply, the drive looks far better with the advised 2 coats (rather than the single coat quoted for), the anti-slip is a good addition and I saved myself the best part of 2K. Result all around.
