A ready to apply pigmented patio sealer suitable for application on most types of concrete paved surfaces. Patio Colour Seal can transform the look and appearance of a tired-looking paved area and make it look new. This DIY friendly product is superior to inexpensive concrete paints and is very easy to apply by roller or brush. Prior to application, all surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly and given sufficient time to dry out completely. After two coats have been applied the transformation should be complete.
Patio Colour Seal can be used to refresh the existing colour of old concrete paving or change it completely to a new colour if necessary. Average coverage is approximately 4m² per litre 1st coat (dependent on the surface) and approximately 5m² 2nd coat. If required, an anti-slip additive can be mixed in with the sealer on the final coat if required. There are various colour options and samples available to test if required.

Q: Hi, Is this suitable for a paving slab driveway? And once applied is it ok to pressure wash Thanks
A: The coloured sealer is suitable for any precast concrete patio slabs. If used on a driveway, as you would expect, the trafficed areas could wear faster. Low pressure washing would not reduce the lifespan of the sealer. Samples are available for testing.
Q: Hi there, could you confirm the coverage please as some companies get meters squared mixed up with square meters. The description states approx 4m2 per litre for the first coat so is this 16 meters squared i.e. 4m x 4m (which is what 4m2 means) or is it 4 SQM which would be 1m x 4m. Many thanks.
A: If the description of the sealer says coverage 4m2 per litre, that means a 5L container will cover 20m2 Hope That Helps.
Q: Wondering if the patio ColourSeal is a water based product? And how to clean roller/brush, thank you.
A: The patio sealer is a solvent based product. You would need to clean tools with Smartseal cleaning fluid. Our recommendation is after use, just leave the brushes or rollers to dry, keep them in storage and then immerse into sealer prior to using again. They will then soften ready to be used again.

Just had a sample size to see if it would cover a slabbed patio. That has unslightly finish. The covering was good very easy to work with a roller. Not quite sure about it yet but that has nothing to do with the product. It is first class. would recommend. I may have the wrong colour
